Sales and refunds

At Exlterra, we are committed to providing innovative, high-quality environmental technology products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This sales & refunds policy outlines the terms for purchasing, returns, and refunds. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Sales terms

  • Order Confirmation: All orders placed through the Exlterra website are subject to confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement. 

  • Product Availability: We strive to keep our inventory updated. However, in the event a product is unavailable, we will notify you and provide options for substitution, backorder, or refund. 

  • Pricing and Taxes: Prices are displayed in USD (or local currency where applicable) and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or VAT in their country. 

  • Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment gateways as displayed during checkout. 



2. Shipping processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Large or custom orders may require additional time. 


  • Shipping methods: Exlterra ships globally using reputable carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. 

  • Customs and import duties: Customers are responsible for any customs clearance and associated fees in their country. 

  • Tracking information: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. 



3. Returns & refunds eligibility

Only unused and unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product. 


Process: 


Contact info@exlterra.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return. Ship the product to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection, within 7–10 business days. 


Non-returnable items:


  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged post-delivery. 


Damaged or defective products:


Claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos and a description of the issue. Exlterra will offer replacement or refund options as applicable. 



4. Cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled prior to shipment by contacting info@exlterra.com. Once shipped, the return process must be followed.
